Send written proposal within three weeks of accepted design, including specifications, quotes, and project timeline
Build

Determine the project's critical path and schedule crews' and contractors' tasks including float

Provide clients progress updates during construction

Bill and incorporate change orders

Lead guided walk-through upon completion to secure customer satisfaction
